The rules, kept short
A plain agreement between you and Media International for using filefreaks. No traps, no fine print designed to be missed.
By using filefreaks you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, what we promise, and the limits of that promise. Media International, based in Delhi, India, operates the service.
Using the service
You may use the tools for lawful work on files you have the right to handle. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to process, and do not use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
The free tier
The free tier offers 30 tasks a month with no account. We may adjust the limit over time. Files are deleted within 2 hours, so keep your own copy of anything you need.
Paid plans
Paid plans are coming soon. When they do, billing terms, renewals, and the refund policy will apply to them. Prices shown are annual unless stated otherwise.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and post real status on the status page. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses from downtime. Keep backups of important files.
Liability
The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months, which is zero on the free tier.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we note it in the changelog and update the date above.
