If it is not right, we refund it

Paid plans are coming soon. When they do, this is how refunds work. The free tier needs no policy because it costs nothing.

The free tier is free, so there is nothing to refund. This page covers the paid plans that are coming soon, so the policy is on record before you pay anything.

The promise

If a paid plan does not do what we said, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and we will return it. No interrogation, no retention script.

Annual plans

Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After that, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

What is not covered

We cannot refund usage that was clearly abusive or fraudulent, or charges from a third party we do not control. Everything ordinary is covered.

How to ask

Use the contact route in the trust center. Tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days and to process approved refunds within five.

Before paid plans launch

There are no charges yet. This policy takes effect when paid plans go live. The free tier stays free.
